I attended a full week of workshops this time round, but I got
to say I was looking forward mostly to life drawing (I’ve been massively
excited about these ones, and attended as much as I possibly could. These were
my first life drawing classes with an actual human being, (well not counting se
of my friends back home who were willing to sit still for a session or two. In
other words, not many).
Overall this workshop was a brilliant experience. I loved the fact that every tutor had a personal take on the class as swell so it didn’t feel repetitive at all (to be honest I doubt it would have either way).).

Jonathans workshop (his workshops are genuinely massively fun and involved. This wasn’t much different it was really a
blast, sadly I feel that with this one I bit off more than I could actually chew.
Still had loads of fun though despite not having much to show for it.) and
finally Finger Industries Storyboarding workshop. I loved this one to bits to
say the least! (note to self to actually take the storyboards and scan them in
so I have something to prove I actually participated). All joking aside, this
was a massively fun and involved workshop.
Though it’s not easy to deicide, but
I think it was my personal favorite. Mainly because it felt like it catered to
my massive urge to storyboard, because
its such a fun little thing to do. Creating the idea is half the joy in
actually creating the thing itself after all.
